Our parcels are generally sent with authority to leave. If you do not want your parcel sent with authority to leave, please contact one of our sales representatives before your order is dispatched at sales@alibrehaircare.com.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Alíbre Hair Care is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, however changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Due to the personal care nature of haircare products, opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. Unopened and unused products may be reviewed for return at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
