Many of our products are designed to support coloured hair. Please refer to the individual product description for the best product recommendation for your hair type and colour needs.
This depends on your hair type and concern. For example, blonde hair may benefit from a violet toning product, dry or damaged hair may need a repair or nourishing product, and oily or congested scalps may benefit from a scalp refining cleanse. If you are unsure which product is best for you, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.
This depends on your hair type, scalp condition, lifestyle and styling routine. Some people wash every few days, while others may need to wash more frequently if their scalp becomes oily or they use styling products regularly.
Yes. Many products can be used together as part of a complete haircare routine. For example, you may use a shampoo, conditioner, treatment, leave-in product or hair oil depending on your hair needs.
Some products may be suitable for sensitive scalps, however everyone’s skin and scalp can react differently. Please check the product ingredients before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders can be placed directly through our website by selecting your products, adding them to cart and completing checkout.
Yes. Once your order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation email using the email address provided at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your details before your order is processed or dispatched, however this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been packed or shipped.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Australia.
We use Australia Post and Aramex Courier Services for deliveries within Australia.
Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible during business days. During busy periods, promotional periods or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Yes. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Yes. Our parcels are generally sent with authority to leave, which means the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
If you do not want your parcel sent with authority to leave, please contact one of our sales representatives before your order is dispatched at sales@alibrehaircare.com.
Due to the personal care nature of haircare products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used. Unopened and unused products may be reviewed for return at our discretion.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging and photos of the affected product so we can review the issue.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
