Orders are generally packed and dispatched as quickly as possible during business days. During busy periods, promotional periods or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, however this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Our parcels are generally sent with authority to leave, which means the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
If you do not want your parcel sent with authority to leave, please contact one of our sales representatives before your order is dispatched at sales@alibrehaircare.com.
Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided, Alíbre Hair Care is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected products. This allows us to review the issue and assist with the next steps.
If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. You are also welcome to contact us and we can assist where possible.
